Torino
Although I did not watch the opening ceromonies of the winter olympics I did notice something interesting on the news. The construction for a parking garage that was going to be used for the Torino Olympics was halted due to the recent discovery of ancient Roman artifacts. Although I could not find any more in depth information on the Internet about what artifacts were actually found I was wondering if anyone else had. Does any one else know what was found in the new discovery?

Every day an object crosses the boundary of being a peice of junk to being an "ancient artifact." People are constantly going to build on the ruins of older buildings, so there's going to be a cycle of people finding "artifacts." I don't think its that big of a deal.
